This document is automatically valid in all respects for all competitors and crews regularly enrolled at the event above and forced/subject to the use of the GPS Tracking System Service, as regulation of ACI-CSAI.
The crew recipient of this document
AUTHORIZE
the company RDS Ltd. to use the personal data only for the purposes specified in this document and in accordance with the Privacy legislation Leg. n.196 / 2003 and subsequent amendments, to install and use the facilities and GPS satellite localization equipment on race cars, limited to the event above and for the time necessary to perform the event. Also as indicated at 'art. 4 Law 20.05.1970 No. 300.
PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA AND GPS SATELLITE LOCATION INFORMATION TREATMENT
Personal data provided will be stored in the RDS Ltd. database, processed and reordered exclusively to provide the following services:
- Publication of information relating to this event in the local race, print, monitor, web and social networks;
- Publication of the image within the departments listed above;
- Publication of GPS tracking, exclusively on devices provided to the race director and his staff, and
limited to the duration of the event;
- Communication of new services, events, invitations, newsletters, marketing programs promoted by the company.
However, the data and the photographic image will be used exclusively for the pursuit of the purposes for which they were collected and for those that may arise in view of a compatible extension of the informative service and made without ever compromising decorum and personal dignity.
Personal data provided will also be used to execute the obligations set by law.
HOLDERS AND METHOD OF DATA TREATMENT
With the exclusive purpose of providing the services above, RDS Ltd., in as owner and manager of data processing, collects data using paper, computerized and electronic methods. The treatment of personal data, which consist of collection, storage, preservation and processing of data, occurs guaranteeing every possible effort in order to safeguard the principles of privacy and security of the information.
RIGHTS
The competitor/crew can always exercise the rights provided for in art. 8 and 10 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, consisting of the right to request for free and at any time information about the data, to obtain the update or cancellation, all with a simple notification sent via e-mail or telephone.
Personal data will NOT be transmitted to other companies of any nature.
As represented according to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 n ° 196 the consent is given to use email and mobile number you provided to send communications related to sports and commercial services and initiatives organized by RDS srl.
